Hi, I'm Siobhan.
I’m a chartered accountant in Canada (CPA, CA) and Ireland (FCA) and throughout my 25+ years of forecasting, strategic planning, corporate acquisitions, financial reporting, accounting, and auditing, I have been fueled by a desire to provide consistent, high-quality results, and more importantly to provide leadership, mentorship and coaching to the many people I have worked with. I have spent my career helping fellow finance team members reach their potential, and even more rewarding has been empowering non-finance colleagues to have confidence navigating the complex financial environment of modern business. My technical expertise is directed at driving practical positive business decisions and outcomes, creating solutions, and being involved in the strategic decision-making of the businesses I've worked with, which has given me the satisfaction of seeing my work support business success.
I'm a loyal, resilient, collaborative leader who cares about the company and people throughout the organization. I'm also a passionate advocate for mental health and developing ways to build resiliency and I have supported many individuals and teams using Mental Health Canada's Working Mind system.
I am deeply committed to empowering people to learn and grow to reach their full potential, while doing so respectively, collaboratively and without judgement.

With a solid foundation as a chartered accountant, holding both CPA (Canada) and FCA (UK) designations, I've spent most of my career in financial management and corporate strategy where I've developed expertise in areas including financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, data analytics and software development.
My passion lies not in chasing the monumental disruptors, but in championing the unsung heroes of entrepreneurship—the experts driving quiet revolutions in their niches, the explorers finding new ways to satisfy customer demands, the experienced tradespeople making lives better with their services. These dedicated innovators, who refine and perfect their craft, often go unnoticed despite their significant contributions to the economy.
